Architettura (in costruzione)

Dear Mr. Mark Mc.,
Angelica has found your address in the “registrants database” of the Domain Registration Authority. We kindly would like to ask you the following; about your ownership of the angelica.com Domain. Angelica asks you kindly to consider any possibility in handing your ownership over to the association.
The Association is a cultural association, based on activities “not for gain” and “not for profit”. Each year Angelica organizes – in May – an international music festival, which might be considered unique in its genre.
For the first time the Angelica would like to dedicate a website entirely to the her activities, to its programm and the musicians. Angelica has survived all these years not for its not-existing commercial success, certainly due to its continuing experimental iridescent character, but to the idealistic job of its director, Mr. Massimo Simonini, and president Mr. Mario Zanzani.
Mr. Massimo Simonini asked me to take care of the website, and of a webspace. He also asked wether the Angelica Domain is still available, thats why it all has been leading to this very letter.
Please let me know if Angelica has some possibilities in “buying” the domain.
Sincerely,
Eric V.
for Massimo Simonini, artistic director of the Bologna Angelica Festival.

Hello Angelica,
I appreciate your explanation for your interest in the Angelica.com domain name. Unfortunately, the name is currently unusable by anyone. Although I own the domain name there is a large company in the US by the same name who has been trying to take the name away from me for two years. Until our dispute is resolved no one may actually use it, although I remain the registered owner of it.
Angelica happens to be a family name of my wife’s side so I am not inclined to sell it. I have had numerous inquiries about the name (seems ‘Angelica’ is pretty popular worldwide) but it is still my intention to retain and use the name.
In case you are curious, Angelica was the name of my wife’s Grandmother, who immigrated to the U.S. from Italy in the early 1900’s. It is also my wife’s middle name and my daughter’s middle name as well. So you can see the name is of considerable personal value to us.
I am curious how the Bologna festival came to be called the Angelica Festival. Can you tell me the history to it?
One thing I can offer you is that, when I am able to finally use the Angelica domain name again, I would be glad to put a link on the site to your festival. It might help to redirect people who are looking for your festival. Until I am able to actually use the name again I am afraid there is not much I can do for you.
Sorry I am unable to help out, and I wish you the best of luck with your festival and with your web site.
Sincerely,
Mark Mc.
Coincidenze Arcane.
Buona esplorazione.
